Job Description:
- Responsible for managing the work progress of two External and Interal Vice Chairpersons and assisting the Chairperson in the general management of the club.
Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and important communications
- Assist on plan and organize meetings, including setting agendas and ensuring necessary materials are available.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events or activities planned by the STACT Club
- Develop and update organizational policies as needed
- Mediate and help resolve conflicts among members or within the leadership team

- I am usually in charge of checking on work errors, dealing with crisis, monitoring the progress of each department and resolving internal team conflicts.
- CISA Perseverance Camp was my first event as an Organising Chairperson.
- Successfully led a team of less than 10 people to complete a large-scale retirement ceremony dinner.
